The public is advised to remain out of the coastal waters near Kulaimano Homestead Road in Pepe’ekeo, on the Island of Hawaii, due to a wastewater discharge that happened at 2:07 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, 2022.
An estimated 1,055 gallons of water was discharged.
Warning signs have been posted.
The public is advised to remain out of the affected waters until the warning signs have been removed.
