The Waikoloa Plaza announces the following construction up dates:
- TI permits are in review for Dominos, Rocko’s Country Cookin’, Balsimo’s Pizza, Kingu Yakiniku, Body Pro Therapy, Keo Siam, Black Lava Vape, L&L Hawaiian BBQ, Goodwill Hawaii, Sushi Hawaii, Pueos Osteria & Ace Hardware Hawaii.
- The foundation for Building H (Popeyes Hawaii) has been poured, and the walls and trusses are in fabrication.- Walls for Building L (Fitness Forever Hawaii) have been erected. Roofing and siding are installed.
- In Building E, tenant improvements for Meridian Pacific Management Office and Island Holistic Healing will be completed by the end of April.
- Building permit recieved for Building B (Ace Hardware). Foundation construction has begun, scheduled to pour in mid-April.
- Fire sprinklers and insulation will be installed and exterior paint completed in April for Building G (Pueo’s Osteria and an available 2,400 SF unit).
- Foundation has been poured and walls will be erected starting the third week in April for Building C (Goodwill, Fireart Cuisine, Black Lava Vape, Jeans Warehouse, Sushi HI, and L&L Hawaiian Barbecue).
- Foundation is complete and materials have been ordered for Building M (Family Health & Wellness, DLS).
- Site work continues for Lofts at Waikoloa & Lofts East apartments. The Lofts at Waikoloa has received building permits.
