Throughout the site, concrete curbs have been completed, sidewalks and landscape are being installed. The final section of paving is set to be completed by mid month. Permit plans for Building K (Holoholo Brewing )are in review with the County of Hawaii, with the brewery and restaurant design currently underway. Permit plans are currently in review with the County for Building J (Coco Cantina Hawaii, Pudgeep and a Hawaii, and Kohala Coffee Company) and Building A (TK Food Court, and a national auto parts store with lease pending).
The foundation, walls, and grease interceptor are installed in Building H (Popeyes). Trusses are scheduled to arrive in July, and when the roofing is installed the shell construction will be complete.
For Building M, the foundation has been poured. The parking lot paving has been installed. Currently awaiting vertical building materials to arrive on site.
The building shell framing and roofing are complete for Building C. (Goodwill Hawaiian Fireart Cuisine, Black Lava Vape, Sushi Hawaii, Sweet Indulgence and L&L Hawaiian BBQ)
The shell construction for Building E is complete, pending final inspections. Tenant improvements for Island Holistic Healing and MP Financial are complete, with electrical service pending. Other tenants in Building E include Dominos Hawaii, Body Pro Therapy, Kingu Yakiniku, Rocko’s Country Cookin’, Keo Siam, and Balsimo’s Pizza.
The foundation for Building B (Ace Hardware Hawaii) has been poured. Shell Building construction materials are scheduled to arrive this month. Ace Hardware tenant improvements plans are with the county for permitting.
In Building G (Pueos Osteria) the grease interceptor has been installed. Air conditioning has been installed. New parking lot paving has been installed.
The Interior is ready for painting. Steam room and Sauna equipment is currently being installed for Building L (Fitness Forever Hawaii).New parking lot paving has been installed.
