Hawaiian Electric utility work will close Manono Street near the intersection of Kawili Street in Hilo on Tuesday, Nov. 29, and Thursday, Dec. 1, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Crews will remove and replace a utility pole near Hawaii Community College. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes and drive with caution in the work area. Local traffic will have access to homes and businesses.
