Rep. Jill Tokuda’s office will be holding a Satellite Office Hour event in Puna on Hawaiʻi Island, to assist residents and businesses with inquiries on issues or problems that they are having with federal agencies. Tokuda’s office can provide support with passport issues, veteran’s benefits, Social Security, immigration, postal service problems, Medicare, and more.
“Assisting constituents with navigating federal agencies is one of the most important ways that I can ensure our government is working for the people of Hawaiʻi’s Second Congressional District. Getting answers from federal agencies can be daunting and time-consuming, which is why I want my team and I to be as accessible as possible and take this service directly to the heart of our communities,” said Rep. Jill Tokuda.
Rep. Tokuda’s Satellite Office Hour event is specifically designed for constituents who need direct support with a federal issue. Rep. Tokuda’s Constituent Advocates will be onsite to assist constituents with case work, and to listen to the needs and concerns of residents. Constituents are always able to access this service on Rep.
