A new workforce affordable housing project is being announced today. Kihei Wailani Village consists of 81 fee-simple single-family condominium workforce homes. Buyers can choose from a 2-bedroom/1-bath townhouse, or 3-bedroom/two bath or 4-bedroom/2 ½ bath single homes. Prices will range from $329,000.00 to $638,000.00.

There are six different models for the homes and townhouses with different features depending on the model. Some of those features include wrap-around Lanais, enclosed garages or covered carports, quartz countertops, indoor laundry, walk-in closets, and double-vanity master bathrooms. The range in square footage of 1196-2447 for the different models allows for the needs of different types of families.
