Hawaiʻi County Department of Public Works announces that a soil investigation will be happening at the Four Mile Creek bridge near the Haihai Street and Kīlauea Avenue intersection on March 22 and 23 from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Flaggers will be present to control traffic flow while crossing the bridge. The road will remain open in both directions during investigative hours. However, traffic delays are expected, so the public is asked to plan accordingly.

The Department would like to thank the community in advance for their patience and understanding.
