UPDATE: Hawaiʻi Island Police report that 16-year-old Malakai Pung, who was reported as a runaway, was located in Kurtistown in good health on Saturday, February 5, 2022.
ORIGINAL POST: Hawaiʻi Island Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a juvenile male who was reported as a runaway.
16-year-old Malakai Pung was last seen in the Kurtistown area on Friday, Feb. 4, 2022. He is described as being 5-feet-6-inches tall, and weighing around 120-130 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, brown pants, shoes, and riding a black Mongoose bicycle.
