MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY CLINIC

Have you recently come into close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID in your workplace, child’s school, during a trip or at a family gathering? HMC is now offering monoclonal antibody treatment to people, 12 years of age or older and who weigh at least 88 pounds, who have had close contact to someone in the last 10 days who tested positive for COVID-19 OR people have tested positive less than 10 days ago, who are at high risk for developing severe COVID-19, based on the risk factors listed below.

Currently, HMC is caring for six COVID patients (5 unvaxxed/1 vaxxed) in their hospital with three in the ICU with one on a vent and three in the COVID Unit. There is still work to do in communities low vaccination rates.

Please stay vigilant and consider getting vaccinated if you haven’t gotten it yet.
