The State of Hawaii is handing out “Restaurant Cards” valued at $500 to some people who are on unemployment and many folks have received those cards and already spending the money up.

Many people on unemployment haven’t received these cards yet and are still wondering why?

Other folks are posting pictures about their fancy dinners online while some folks are grumbling they can’t even use the cards to buy basic groceries.

I believe that the cards should be allowed to be used at places like the COSTCO Food Market, which they currently are not allowed to.

I don’t believe that these cards should be allowed to be used at fancy restaurants where they are serving things like steak and lobster or other high priced menu items.

I also believe these cards should be allowed to be used at grocery stores, where they could provide more bang for that $500.
