The Hawaiʻi County Mass Transit Agency is excited to announce its upcoming “Meet the Bus” event on July 11th, 2023, from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. This event aims to provide an opportunity for the public to engage with the agency, explore this alternatively fueled bus, and learn about the latest developments in public transportation.

The “Meet the Bus” event will allow attendees to interact with agency representatives and gain insights into plans for improving the public transit system.

The makai public parking lot located at 74-5044 Ane Keohokalole Highway in Kailua-Kona will be partially blocked off to accommodate the event. In addition, the hale facilities will be made available for the convenience of the attendees.

This event allows the community to voice their opinions, offer suggestions, and witness the agency’s dedication to enhancing the overall transit experience.
