The County of Hawaii Department of Public Works announces that Hawaiʻi Gas and the Department of Environmental Management will complete work along Keawe Street from Haili Street to Ponohawai Street beginning today, August 28, to September 1, between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Keawe St. One-lane closures for gas line connection:
- Keawe St and Haili St intersection, August 28 to 30, 2023.
- No parking on Keawe Street at Haili Street.
- Mamo Street from Kilauea Ave to Keawe St, August 28-29, 2023.
- Kilauea Ave at Ponohawai St, August 30 to September 1.
Keawe St. One lane closures for sewer abandonment work:
- Keawe Street from Haili St through Kalākaua Avenue intersection from August 30 to September 1.
- No parking.
Please use caution while driving on Kīlauea Avenue/Keawe Street.
