The 5,600-square-foot restaurant features first-class steaks, an array of seafood, a huge wine selection and a table-side Whisky Cart.

The steakhouse occupies the space previously known as Queen’s Court Restaurant located on the lobby level and offers stunning views overlooking Hilo Bay.

“The response from the local community has been overwhelmingly positive throughout the evening, everyone is excited about this new concept coming to Hilo,” said Hilo Hawaiian Hotel Food & Beverage Director Greg Arianoff.

The menu offers a wide selection of locally sourced produce & appetizers, Prime Grade or Premium Certified Black Angus steaks & chops, seafood, salads, sides and desserts. Daily specials and weekly features will also be available and include The Surf & Turf on Monday, a Wagyu Grade Tomahawk Tuesday and Wednesday Live Kona- Cold Whole Lobster.

WSW also features an impressive list of exclusive fine wines and whiskies, with wines not found elsewhere in the state and whiskies from around the world.

A floor-to-ceiling walk-around glass display showcases the restaurant’s worldly selections of wines and spirits. The display will also house a signature Whisky Cart, from which hand-picked selections will be poured table-side to the delight of guests.

“We are grateful to everyone that helped us getting where we are and look forward to serving the community for years to come,” said Arianoff.

Joining Arianoff at the lead is Executive Chef Dean Otake and Chef De Cuisine Jason Soriano. It will be open daily for dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. For more information or reservations, visit www.wswsteakhouse.com or call (808) 969-6470.
