The sanctuary is administered by a partnership of NOAA’s Office of National Marine Sanctuaries and DAR. The sanctuary protects humpback whales through research, education, conservation, and stewardship, and operates ocean learning centers in Kīhei, Maui and Līhuʻe, Kauaʻi. Join them on Facebook
