The methodology of the COVID testing being done on the Big Island seems to be very awkward.

Wouldn’t it just be nice if we knew where we could get tested each and every day at one location in four different parts of the the island daily and not have it change each and every day?

Two units could cover four communities daily, which could cover the entire island. The CARES money is literally just sitting there waiting for something like this to happen.

A 3-hour testing site could be located in both Hawaii Ocean View Estate (HOVE) in the morning and Kona in the afternoons, and the same could be done in Puna in the mornings and Hilo in the afternoon.

Another unit of testers could be set aside for any clusters that may come up out of nowhere.

These “COVID-19” testing teams could be effective if done properly here on the Big Island.
